operating duty: 1. The first person in charge of the delivery date, quality and cost of the new project;
2. Support the sales team in technical and quality cooperation with customers during business negotiation;
3. Lead the development of new projects and coordinate the work of project team members;
4. Lead the connection with customers and deal with technical and quality problems fed back by customers in a timely manner;
5. Organize regular project meetings to report the development of the project to the company and leaders;
6. Lead the promotion, tracking and implementation of product design change;
7. Responsible for the preparation, collection, review and submission of APQP and PPAP data;
8. After the completion of product development, lead the project work and hand it over to production;
9. Learn stamping, welding, quality, new process and other knowledge and promote application.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above in mechanical and material related majors;
2. Relevant cold stamping die product development experience is preferred, familiar with automotive parts stamping, welding development process quality control
