Job description 1. According to user behavior feedback and data analysis, find new users/activity/retention growth points, continue to link with market operations and product teams, coordinate resources of all parties, and promote project implementation;
2. Plan the process design, effect evaluation and iterative upgrading of various operation activities/virus propagation;
3. Focus on and analyze new opportunities and changes in the market and users, and innovate marketing and operation methods.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years of user growth or product experience;
2. Clear thinking logic, understanding users, good at logical deduction;
3. Excellent data analysis ability, good at using data to drive the optimization and upgrading of products, and user growth;
4. Strong self driving force, pragmatic, strong pressure resistance, and strong work toughness;
5. Good at thinking, communication and teamwork.
