2. Responsible for the operation management, maintenance, decoration management, outsourcing project supervision and customer engineering services of the project buildings and their facilities and equipment in the area;
3. Make an overall plan for the annual and monthly maintenance of each system equipment, urge the department staff to implement it, inspect and supervise the maintenance quality, and personally supervise the major maintenance and repair work on the site to ensure that the equipment after maintenance meets the maintenance standards and technical requirements, and achieve safe, normal and efficient operation;
4. Carry out feasibility study on energy conservation and consumption reduction for each system equipment, and propose a scheme for improving, transforming and upgrading the system equipment.
