1. Regularly complete the repair and maintenance of electromechanical facilities and equipment in the community, and make relevant records; 2. Regularly clean the equipment under management, water pump room, power distribution room and other facilities and equipment rooms to ensure the cleanness of facilities, equipment and machine rooms;
3. Be responsible for the daily maintenance of weak current systems such as security, monitoring and fire protection in the community, and assist and supervise the maintenance work of relevant maintenance units;
4. Be responsible for the maintenance and repair of maintenance equipment (tools) in the operation room;
5. Be responsible for organizing and implementing the repair and maintenance of the housing body and various public facilities in the jurisdiction area, ensuring the smoothness of the underground drainage pipeline and biochemical tank, and checking and confirming the relevant quality records;
6. Be responsible for the verification of measuring instruments of the management office and the department;
7. Be responsible for the timely copying of water and electricity meters in the public area, and conduct comparative analysis of energy consumption to achieve effective energy conservation and consumption reduction;
8. Complete the door-to-door convenience service for the owner;
