1. Be responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of high and low voltage distribution cabinets, transformers, generators and control equipment; 2. Be responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment in water pump room and boiler room;
3. Responsible for power supply of elevators, air conditioners and refrigeration equipment.
4. Be familiar with strong and weak current lines, be able to connect wires, ammeters, telephone lines, network lines, monitoring systems, etc;
5. Be familiar with the fire protection system, water supply and drainage and their daily management, maintenance and transformation, and ensure their normal operation and good condition;
6. Other work assigned by leaders.
Supplementary notes:
1. Holding electrician certificate;
2. 20-50 years old, in good health;
3. Relevant experience in shopping mall property management is preferred;
4. Working 6 hours a day, day shift 8:30-14:30, middle shift 14:00-20:00, weekly rest.
