Job responsibilities: 1. Check and maintain the work of project points specified by the company;
2. Timely report or handle the problems occurred during the shift;
3. Inspection of all property equipment;
4. Execute and participate in tasks temporarily assigned by the company.
Qualifications:
1. At least 2 years of comprehensive property maintenance experience; Under 45
2. Experience in maintenance, repair and repair of equipment and facilities;
3. Familiar with water, heating, ventilation and other professional knowledge;
4. Hold post operation certificates such as maintenance electrician certificate (low-voltage electrician certificate), elevator certificate, or maintenance fitter grade certificate (maintenance fitter grade certificate);
5. Have certain communication ability, execution ability and team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, and can bear hardships and stand hard work.
Working time: 8 hours. Six to seven days of monthly rest, and 8% of the five insurances and one fund will be purchased for induction
Salary: (4000-4500)+360 meal allowance
