Job responsibilities: 1. Arrange production tasks according to the plan, and complete production tasks efficiently;
2. Timely deal with the abnormal situation on site, track and guide the production;
3. Be responsible for the training of staff's work instructions, operating procedures, safety, etc;
4. Manage production equipment, timely report for repair and track equipment maintenance;
5. Be responsible for the daily management of the team leader, on-site quality control, and on-site safety management;
6. Other matters arranged by leaders.
Qualifications:
1. At least 5 years working experience in stamping production site;
2. Be familiar with metal mould, continuous mould and progressive mould;
3. Be familiar with the performance of stamping equipment and the automatic setting of manipulator;
4. Be capable, practical, responsible, cost conscious, and have a strong sense of improvement.
