Job responsibilities: 1. According to the production management requirements, organize and carry out the 5S management, safety management, production process, internal quality management, cost control, personnel management, etc. of the department's internal production site;
2. Improve the construction of department management systems, processes, standards and norms;
3. According to the production demand, overall manage the workshop layout planning, review the layout planning scheme, and guide the implementation;
4. Manage production implementation according to production plan, organize and coordinate various production problems, and ensure that production tasks are completed on time and in quantity;
5. Make statistics and analysis of workshop cost consumption, formulate operational cost control measures, organize employees to carry out business training, and cooperate with the Human Resources Department to do a good job of workshop employee attendance and wage accounting;
6. Overall manage the product quality of the production line, supervise and assist in the quality awareness training of employees, and continuously improve the assembly quality.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. More than 4 years of food production management
