Job responsibilities: 1. Reasonably organize the production plan, skillfully use computers, be proficient in ERP system, and organize personnel to ensure the complete implementation of the production plan;
2. Daily supervision and guidance on production process, process implementation and product quality;
3. Timely respond to and remedy production abnormalities, and propose improvement measures;
4. Responsible for the daily management of the food workshop, including staff management, production safety, on-site 5S management, staff performance evaluation, daily control, on-site warehouse management, etc;
5. Review the production site data records, ensure the authenticity of the data, and control the cost rate;
6. Be responsible for production cost optimization and control to improve production efficiency;
7. Participate in the formulation of various operation and process standards, improve the product quality plan, and be responsible for the implementation of control;
8. Obey and cooperate with the superior's arrangement;
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, aged 30-40, 3 years or more in food industry
