Job requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical engineering or chemistry related;
2. Working experience in process design in chemical industry is preferred.
Job responsibilities:
1. Complete the process design tasks assigned by the department;
2. Responsible for the design and optimization of new product development process parameters;
3. Analyze the causes of various problems in production, formulate solutions and follow up the implementation;
4. Be responsible for optimizing production process, improving production efficiency, improving production technology, and updating material consumption quota;
5. Responsible for trial production of new product samples;
6. Be responsible for technical training, guidance and assessment of production operators.
