Job responsibilities: 1. According to the production management requirements, organize and carry out the 5S management, safety management, assembly process, internal quality management, cost control, personnel management, etc. of the department's internal production site;
2. Improve the construction of department management systems, processes, standards and norms;
3. According to the production demand, overall manage the workshop layout planning, review the layout planning scheme, and guide the implementation;
4. Manage production implementation according to production plan, organize and coordinate various production problems, and ensure that production tasks are completed on time and in quantity;
5. Cooperate with the Product Development Department in the small batch trial production of new products to ensure that the new product development progress is carried out on schedule;
6. Overall manage the quality control of assembly line products, supervise and assist in the quality awareness training of employees, and continuously improve the assembly quality.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. At least 3 years working experience in machinery, motorcycle, auto parts and other manufacturing enterprises;
