Post responsibilities 1. Fully manage the production workshop, and make decisions on abnormal problems encountered in production;
2. Improve the construction of department management systems, processes, standards and norms;
3. Reasonably allocate personnel according to the actual production situation and production tasks, manage the workshop layout planning as a whole, review the layout planning scheme, and guide the implementation;
4 According to the production plan, manage the production implementation, organize and coordinate various production problems, manage the production delivery date and production quality, and ensure that the production tasks are completed on time and in quantity;
5. Conduct production patrol, deal with production abnormalities, and strictly control production consumables and production costs;
6. Real time grasp of production information, control of production reports, and timely report to the superior;
7. According to the material conditions and the production capacity of the workshop, make production preparations in advance and reasonably arrange the production delivery date;
8. Overall manage the quality control of assembly line products, supervise and assist in the quality awareness training of employees, and continue to
