Job requirements: 1. Analyze and convert drawings and data according to project needs, apply for DFM and DPR, prepare relevant technical documents, and prepare relevant technical documents required for PPAP submission such as FEMA and control plan according to project stages;
2. Be responsible for the design of process routes and the preparation and improvement of process documents;
3. Be responsible for the design of tools and measuring tools for product development, as well as the formulation and review of fixture plans;
4. Provide technical services on site, solve technical problems on site, and cooperate with other departments to improve technology and provide technical support;
5. Process support for product quality, cost, efficiency and other improvements;
6. New product development shall be carried out in the order of APQP.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in mechanical design;
2. Have at least 2 years of working experience in mechanical manufacturing, understand the processing procedures, and be familiar with tools, fixtures, measuring tools, auxiliary tools, etc
