Work experience: more than 5 years of work experience in the same position, with complete battery project development experience, familiar with the technology frontier, and grasp the industry development trend;Master the structural design of lithium battery system, be familiar with the performance parameters of battery cells, and understand the functions and performance parameters of BMS;Proficient in using 3D drawing software CATIA, drawing software CAD, debugging software CANoe, etc., and proficient in operating basic office software.
