Skill requirements 1. Be familiar with the material properties and processing properties of PVC, PP, PE and other general resins, and understand the material properties and processing properties of various additives.
2. Familiar with plastic molding processing principles (extrusion or injection molding), able to deal with technical problems in the production process, relevant experience is preferred.
3. Be familiar with extrusion or injection mold structure, and have knowledge of mold technology improvement.
4. Good communication and coordination skills and team spirit.
5. Proficient in using office software.
Post responsibilities
1. Formulate process documents, technical standards and raw material formula standards related to workshop production, and supervise their implementation.
2. Assist the workshop to deal with quality abnormalities, identify and prevent major abnormalities in time.
3. Lead the workshop to improve the process and technology, and continue to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
4. Promote the work related to mold testing and material testing in the workshop.
5. Guide the workshop technical foreman and adjustment workers, and be responsible for their training
