Job responsibilities: 1. Read and understand engineering drawings, technical specifications and relevant documents to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requirements;
2. Use sheet metal processing equipment, such as shearing machine, bending machine, punch, etc., to process metal sheets into various shapes and sizes;
3. Fabricate and assemble parts, components or finished products, check the quality before completion, and make necessary repairs and adjustments;
4. Operate welding equipment to connect and repair metal materials, such as electric arc welding, argon arc welding, laser welding, etc;
5. Use measuring tools and instruments, such as calipers, gauges, thickness gauges, etc., to conduct size and quality inspection and ensure that the products meet the requirements;
6. Observe and implement the relevant safety regulations and operating procedures, ensure the safety of the working environment, and use personal protective equipment.
Job requirements:
1. Be familiar with the disassembly, unfolding and processing characteristics of sheet metal parts;
