Job responsibilities: 1. The person in charge of performing the responsibilities of the Project Department, presides over the daily work of the Project Department, and is fully responsible for the performance of performing the responsibilities of the project;
2. Preside over the preparation of construction organization design scheme and construction quality technical measures;
3. Organize the preparation of the construction plan and the corresponding use plan of equipment resources, materials, labor and funds;
4. Organize the layout planning of the construction site and solve all coordination problems on the site;
5. Coordinate and communicate with the competent government departments, the construction unit, the design unit, the supervision unit, the general subcontractor, etc;
6. Be responsible for the economic operation of the project, pay attention to the feedback of cost information, find problems and take timely measures;
7. Participate in the preparation, review and improvement of management systems, operation methods and technical standards related to project construction management;
8. Other work assigned by the immediate superior.
