Job responsibilities: 1. Be able to independently undertake the whole process management of electromechanical installation (water and electricity, fire protection, HVAC, intelligent) construction of small and medium-sized projects;
2. Be responsible for preparing production plans and construction plans, participating in joint review of drawings, acceptance of concealed works, technical review, design change certification, intermediate acceptance and completion settlement, and sorting and filing of technical data;
3. Conduct technical disclosure and safety disclosure of mobilization team;
4. Participate in the comprehensive acceptance of materials on site, and control the quality and cost of materials;
5. Regularly hold regular quality and safety meetings of teams and groups, and do a good job in the management of attendance statistics and audit of workers;
6. Complete receiving, acceptance, handover and other work;
7. Complete other work assigned by leaders;
Job requirements:
1. Understand the working environment of on-site construction management;
2. College degree or above in engineering management, plumbing and electricity related majors;
3. Have the management experience of independently undertaking project construction, hold the second level
