1. Responsible for technical development of product projects and technical connection with customers. 2. Be responsible for the formulation of technical scheme and production process.
3. Responsible for the design, production and follow-up of tooling, fixtures and molds.
4. Review the technology and process of suppliers.
5. Be responsible for the accounting and review of product prices and costs.
6. Responsible for the formulation of technical and process improvement plans for old products.
7. Be responsible for the daily management of the technical department.
8. Responsible for the formulation of work objectives and performance appraisal of department personnel.
9. Be responsible for team building, personnel training and cultivation of the technical department.
10. Complete other work assigned by the superior.
Job requirements:
1. More than 8 years of experience in technology development and management of automotive interior parts (seat foam, interior covering parts).
2. Be familiar with the project development process and standards of the automotive OEMs.
3. Good communication and coordination ability (internal and external)
4. Strong sense of responsibility, good stability
