Responsibilities: 1. Participate in new product development evaluation, new product feasibility demonstration, and submit project feasibility plan; 2. Be responsible for the planning and implementation of APQP and PPAP for new products;
3. Participate in the review, input, output, verification, confirmation and change of new product development stage;
4. Participate in feasibility demonstration and analysis of new products and product cost control;
5. Formulate processing technology and process flow;
6. Assist the programming engineer to complete the process optimization of new product trial production and mass production products;
7. Participate in outsourcing processing approval, supplier's PPAP assessment, and purchased parts approval;
8. Be responsible for the preparation, revision and training of trial production operation standards;
9. Be responsible for the management and maintenance of fixtures and equipment;
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in numerical control or mechanical manufacturing;
2. More than two years of working experience, and can use UG and CAD;
3. Familiar with NC programming is preferred;
4. Hands on ability
