Job responsibilities: 1. Establish customer files, and assist the market and engineering departments in customer maintenance;
2. Sales contract, quotation, authorization production;
3. Be responsible for the collection of bidding information, preparation of bidding documents, list inquiry, price arrangement, uploading of electronic bidding documents, etc;
4. Follow up the contract execution of the winning project, arrange the delivery of invoices, recovery of sign in notes, and assist the market in collecting receivables;
5. Submit the company's relevant form data monthly as required by the leader, support the sales data, and give early warning for customer abnormalities;
6. Assist the sales staff in daily personnel management and business support;
7. Do well in the daily affairs related to the company's administration;
8. Have good communication skills, work in an organized manner, be good at summarizing, and have strong executive ability;
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. At least two years business experience in related industries;
3. Strong communication, coordination and learning ability;
4. More than 1-2 years of national network
