Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for leading the sales team, implementing the sales strategy, developing and maintaining channels and new customers;
2. Responsible for formulating, decomposing and implementing sales plans, supervising the implementation of the whole process, and achieving performance indicators;
3. Be responsible for the establishment, management and training of department sales personnel, and arrange and guide the daily work of the department;
4. Be responsible for establishing good cooperation relationship with customers, channels and industries;
5 - Responsible for the team's annual sales forecast, target formulation and decomposition
