Job responsibilities: 1. Quickly search for candidates, collect, classify and sort out information such as resumes of talents;
2. Conduct preliminary screening, interview and evaluation of talents through communication channels;
3. Sort out recommendation report and recommend to customers;
4. Communicate and coordinate the interview arrangement between candidates and customers, follow up and give timely feedback;
5. Candidate background survey, salary negotiation, offer follow-up, induction follow-up, etc;
6. Collect recruitment related information and data, and learn industry related knowledge.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, and the education requirements for outstanding talents can be relaxed;
2. Experience in headhunting consultant, enterprise consulting, personnel recruitment, market research, marketing consultant, etc. is preferred;
3. Outgoing personality, strong sense of responsibility, execution, compression resistance, learning and communication skills.
