1. Male or female, 25-40 years old, college degree or above, skilled in using Office software, able to see 3D and 2D mechanical drawings, more than 4 years of work experience in automobile hardware spring production quality technology, practical and stable, skilled in using IATF16949 quality system.
2. Have experience in testing and analyzing hardware springs, including torque, tension, hardness, wear resistance, aging, etc. Be able to use various test instruments and projection equipment to analyze and process the test results, so as to ensure that the quality of the spring meets the customer's requirements.
3. Control and improve the quality of spring, including quality control, inspection and improvement in the manufacturing process. Monitor and manage the production process of spring, find and solve problems in time, and ensure the stability and reliability of spring quality.
4. Professional knowledge related to spring manufacturing is required, including spring structure, materials, manufacturing process, testing methods, etc. At the same time, it is also necessary to understand the relevant machinery, automobile and other knowledge in order to work better.
5. Need to master computer skills, including the use of CAD, CAM and other parts for spring design and manufacturing; Use SPC, FMEA and other quality management tools for quality control and improvement; Data analysis and processing using Excel and other components.
6. Spring technicians need to have good communication and coordination ability, be able to communicate and coordinate effectively with customers, production departments, quality departments, etc., to ensure that the quality and delivery date of springs meet customer requirements.
