Seven QC Methods
Job responsibilities:
1. Participate in the discussion of new product design, and define the product inspection benchmark and process quality control map;
2. Inspection tool style book, quality inspection standard book, GP12 test Instruction and assistance in signing appearance samples;
3. In the new product stage, be responsible for the design, development tracking and rectification acceptance of inspection tools;
4. In the new product stage, responsible for the collection of product dimension data, the establishment and update of problem records. And track the closing of problem points;
5. In the new product stage, be responsible for MSA and SPC analysis, signing of experimental program and implementation of experiments;
6. In the mass production stage, it is responsible for updating and maintaining the control plan, quality benchmark and problem record, as well as leading the docking and closing of customer problem points;
7. Temporary tasks: the superior supervisor assigns temporary tasks.
Job requirements:
1. Junior college or above, mechanical design and manufacturing/automotive engineering/material engineering and related majors;
2. Knowledge: quality management, new product quality plan Quality system requirements and five manuals;
3. Ability: communication ability, quality analysis and solution ability;
4. Integrity, credibility, courage and responsibility;
5. More than two years of quality management experience, and more than one year of quality management experience in the automotive industry.
