1. Obey the work arrangement of the department head, observe discipline, and establish a good sense of service.
2. Be responsible for the maintenance of the property area, be familiar with the types and distribution of public supporting facilities and equipment in the property management area, and master the distribution, direction, location of various lines and their maintenance methods.
3. Patrol the property management area frequently. If any damage, hidden danger or other abnormalities are found in the public facilities, they should be repaired in time to ensure the normal operation of public supporting facilities and equipment.
4. Actively provide customers with a number of convenient services. Upon receiving the customer's repair request, you should rush to the site in time to eliminate the fault. If there is any difficulty, contact the person in charge immediately.
5. In case of any failure of important electrical equipment, report to the department head in time, organize personnel to repair, analyze the cause of the accident, make records and put forward suggestions.
6. Regularly clean the power distribution room to ensure the normal operation of equipment.
7. Dress as required during working hours, wear work tags, strictly abide by operating procedures and work standards, and resolutely implement the principle of safety first.
8. Actively participate in job training, study hard on technology, constantly improve working standards, and do a good job in energy and material conservation.
9. Give play to work initiative and complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
Qualifications
1. Under the age of 50, high school degree or above;
2. Low voltage electrician operation certificate
3. Those with experience in commercial property maintenance are preferred.
