Job responsibilities:
1. Participation project management The Department carries out the development and research of new products, new technologies and new processes;
2. Responsible for communicating and communicating the quality problems fed back by customers in the development stage, and cooperating with customers to complete the audit and the improvement closed-loop of audit problems;
3. Collect and sort out the technical requirements, standards and other information;
4. Participate in the switching process management of design change WIP;
5. Lead MSA&SPC analysis verification, measurement plan, full size test Report and other information plan Prepare and submit, and participate in the review of PPAP data before submission;
6. Responsible for all kinds of quality control documents and relevant test Preparation, update and maintenance of operation instructions, establishment of various relevant sample standards;
Job requirements:
1. Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system/nonconforming product handling process/familiar with test Standard/familiar with corresponding test Tools/master the use of five tools;
2. Be familiar with the basic application of WINDOWS operating system and OFFICE office software, and have some mechanical knowledge and quality theory knowledge;
3. Three or more years of experience as a quality engineer (automotive parts casting industry is preferred);
4. Be able to coordinate with customers/suppliers on quality issues, and communicate with other departments on quality issues within the Division;
5. English level 4 or above, with certain reading and writing skills, can communicate with customers face to face is preferred.
