Job responsibilities: 1. Middle management position, responsible for the main objectives and plans in its functional areas, and formulating, participating in or assisting the upper management to implement relevant policies and systems;
2. Responsible for daily management and management, guidance, training and evaluation of subordinate employees;
3. Prepare annual production plan and production operation plan, and conduct production scheduling, management and control;
4. Organize the formulation, modification, inspection, supervision, control and implementation of production, equipment, safety inspection, environmental protection, production statistics and other management systems;
5. Set and implement product progress, production methods and processes;
6. Cooperate with other departments to ensure high production efficiency under certain quantity, quality, schedule and cost requirements.
Job requirements:
1. Must have workshop production management experience;
2. If you are under 45 years old, you can relax if you are excellent;
3. Experience in sheet metal industry is preferred.
