Responsibility description: 1. Be responsible for the planning and research of door and window hardware products, and complete the design, development, verification, mass production and other processes of new products within the specified time;
2. Organize major technical breakthrough and product technology improvement;
3. Responsible for technical support management of product production process and sales service;
4. Be responsible for the company's technical standardization management, put forward modification opinions on product standards in time and organize the drafting of new standards;
5. Responsible for the daily management of the department and the management of personnel performance appraisal.
Job requirements:
1. Mechanical related major, college degree or above, aged 30-45;
2. More than eight years of technical work experience in large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, more than three years of work experience in the same position, with business negotiation ability.
3. Those with relevant supporting resources for production and processing of hardware products, as well as experience in design and development of hardware products are preferred.
