Job responsibilities: 1. Be responsible for answering the company's phone, receiving visitors and preparing for meetings;
2. Responsible for receiving, sending and archiving documents, registration, summary and reimbursement of administrative expenses;
3. Be responsible for the purchase, purchase, distribution and warehousing management of office supplies;
4. Responsible for office environment maintenance, data display and tea room sorting;
5. Reception and distribution of newspapers, letters and express delivery;
6. Assist leaders in other administrative related work.
Job requirements:
1. Height is more than 1.60cm, good image and temperament;
2. College degree or above, major in administration, secretary or other related fields is preferred;
3. 1-2 years of administrative experience is preferred, with business etiquette, writing skills and computer skills;
4. Strong affinity, sense of responsibility, strong execution, flexible, hardworking, good at learning.
5. Proficient in using relevant office software.
