Job responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the maintenance of equipment in the community and ensure the good operation of equipment;
2. Regular on-site inspection, implementation of maintenance plan, timely rectification of problems found and installation of some equipment;
3. Ensure the normal operation of the equipment (strong current, weak current, fire protection, water supply and drainage, elevator five systems, such as power distribution room, fire pump room, monitoring room, etc.) in the community.
Qualifications:
1. Under 60 years old, a low-voltage electrician certificate (mandatory) is required, and more than 1 year of experience in water and electricity maintenance of property management.
2. With civil engineering construction Experience in this field is preferred.
3. High voltage electrician certificate, medium/senior electrician certificate, high-altitude operation certificate and other certificates are available.
