[Product Features]
JL-498 metal strong quick drying instant adhesive is mainly composed of cyanopropylic acid ester, which meets the international environmental protection standards and has passed the European Union ROHS standard and SGS test. Methyl series is a single component instant adhesive designed for the high strength required for small area bonding of metal. Water has the properties of high strength, single component, aging resistance, etc., which is very suitable for continuous production line operations.
[Application Scope]
JL-498 metal strong quick drying instant glue belongs to methyl series, which is a kind of instant adhesive designed for the high strength required for the bonding of iron, copper, stainless steel, lead, aluminum, synthetic metal and other metals.
[Usage]
● Use dry cotton cloth or sandpaper to remove the dust, oil stain, rust, etc. on the bonding surface, and then wipe with treatment agent or cleaning agent to clean the bonding surface.
● Unscrew the front cover and use it. If there is glue at the bottle mouth, wipe it with a cotton cloth first, and then put a needle or PE dropper on it for use, so as to control the glue flow and the bonding effect.
● Apply a small drop of adhesive to the bonded surface, and immediately bond it until it hardens, with hardening time varying from several seconds. Practical strength can be achieved in about 30 minutes, and high strength can be achieved after 24 hours.
● Clean the bottle mouth and tighten the cap after use.
● Please store the glue in a cool and dry place after use.
[Precautions]
● JL-498 metal strong quick drying instant glue should not be used with woven gloves. The instant drying glue of the brand of Cohesion will quickly polymerize when absorbed by the woven materials of the gloves, which will generate high heat and burn your hands. So please remember not to wear woven gloves.
● If the eyes are accidentally touched, the eyes will be injured due to the hard glue after curing. Do not rub them with your hands, and immediately wash them with a large amount of water or use warm towels to compress them, so that the eyelids sweat naturally. Do not forcibly pull off the JL-498 metal strong quick drying instant glue, and send them to the hospital for emergency treatment in serious cases; In case of skin contact, soak it in warm soapy water and remove it with instant glue release agent.
