The end of H-shaped steel assembly is equipped with a hydraulic automatic lifting material retaining frame, which can ensure the alignment of the end of the amplitude plate and wing plate during assembly. The upper pressure beam is guided by four sets of left and right guide rails to ensure stability during compression. The automatic spot welding arc guide mechanism is driven by a light oil cylinder without compressed air source. The input/output roller table and the input end pull rod system are designed in sections, which can be lengthened and reduced arbitrarily according to user requirements and workpiece length. The main motor adopts AC frequency converter to control the speed. 6. The main transmission part adopts the transmission mode of motor cycloidal pinwheel reducer driving roller (front and rear conveying rollers are transited through sprocket chain pair), and its linear speed, namely assembly speed, adopts AC frequency conversion speed regulation.
