From May 16 to 17, Jiang Kebin, the second level senior prosecutor of the Case Management Office of the Anhui Provincial Procuratorate, Fan Jing, the director of the Procuratorial Information Technology Department and the deputy director of the Digital Office, and their delegation conducted field research and guidance on the digital procuratorial work of the procuratorial organs in Huaibei. Mao Qiang, a member of the Party Leadership Group, Deputy Procurator General and Director of the Digital Office of the Huaibei Municipal Procuratorate, and Xie Fei, Deputy Director of the Digital Office, accompanied the investigation and discussion.

At the symposium, the Huaibei Procuratorate reported the development, main practices, achievements, problems and next steps of the city's digital procuratorial work since this year, and the participants of the business departments of the county (district) and municipal people's courts exchanged speeches on the digital procuratorial work of their own courts (departments). The research team answered some questions on the spot, fully affirmed the effectiveness of digital procuratorial work of Huaibei procuratorial organs, and put forward ideas and specific requirements for improvement.

The research team pointed out that since the digital procuratorial work in the province was carried out, the two courts of Huaibei City have attached great importance to building an innovative model of big data legal supervision, and have made outstanding achievements in the big data legal supervision model competition carried out by the procuratorial organs nationwide and across the province. The work has been effective, but at the same time, digital procuratorial work has developed unevenly in the four major procuratorial businesses Some prosecutors are afraid of difficulties in digital procuratorial work, and the atmosphere of digital procuratorial work needs to be improved.

For the next step, Jiang Kebin pointed out that first, we should explore the combination of mobilizing the enthusiasm of "business leadership" and maintaining the advantages of "technical support"; The second is to explore the localization and implementation of model promotion and application; Third, we should explore the construction of innovative models in combination with existing excellent models; Fourth, we should explore how to play a leading role in demonstration.

Fan Jing requested that, first, we should firmly grasp the core of the "top leader" project, the chief procurators of the courts at all levels should personally dispatch, all lines should actively promote, and strive to double the effectiveness of digital procuratorial work; Second, attach great importance to the creation of digital procuratorial work atmosphere, and form a working situation where everyone is willing to participate in digital procuratorial work through case preaching and model sharing; Third, we should continue to deepen the promotion and application of model innovation, closely focus on the "three special projects" of the provincial hospital to carry out model innovation, give priority to the application of the top inspection and the excellent models on the shelves of the provincial hospital, and combine the local actual conditions to achieve exhaustion; Fourth, we should persist in analyzing and solving problems in practice, open up working ideas, strengthen the training of compound talents, and strengthen digital procuratorial work.
