On April 16, the CPPCC of the autonomous region held the 22nd meeting of the Party Leadership Group, the 19th Chairman's Meeting, and the second meeting of the leading group for party building to study and implement the important speech and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on party discipline learning and education, as well as the decisions and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the Party committees of the autonomous region, and study and deploy the party discipline learning and education work of the CPPCC of the autonomous region. Sun Dawei, Chairman of the CPPCC Autonomous Region and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech.
The meeting pointed out that the CPPCC is a political organization and democratic form under the leadership of the Party, and an important part of the Party's work. Adhering to and strengthening the overall leadership of the Party is the fundamental guarantee for the high-quality development of the CPPCC cause. We should thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thought on party building, thoroughly implement the general requirements for party building in the new era, further strengthen the self construction of the CPPCC party group, and constantly improve the quality of the CPPCC party building work in the autonomous region. We should adhere to serving the people, guide, encourage and support the committee members to give full play to their own strengths and advantages, always take safeguarding and realizing the fundamental interests of the people as the starting point and foothold, and actively assist the party committee and government to grasp the hearts and minds of the people and improve the well-being of the people. We should continue to promote the rectification of formalism to reduce the burden at the grass-roots level, and promote the high-quality development of the CPPCC work with a good style.
The meeting stressed that it is necessary to have a deep understanding of the importance of carrying out the study and education of Party discipline, integrate thoughts and actions into the requirements of the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the Party committees of the autonomous regions, accurately grasp the objectives, requirements and learning priorities, and work hard to learn from the original, strengthen warning education, strengthen understanding and training, hold democratic life meetings and organizational life meetings, and consolidate organizational security, Compacting work responsibilities, strengthening overall planning and coordination, doing a good job in publicity and guidance, and earnestly doing a good job in the study and education of party discipline to ensure that the study and education of party discipline achieve tangible results.
The meeting deliberated and approved the implementation plan of the party discipline learning and education carried out by the party group of the CPPCC Autonomous Region, and the 2024 key democratic supervision plan of the CPPCC Autonomous Region.
