In fact, Yi Xinping has always had an indissoluble bond and deep feelings with Sanjiang County, a minority area located in the northeast of Liuzhou City. As early as 2016 to 2019, he was assigned to the Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (hereinafter referred to as "Sanjiang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine") as the president. In order to solve the problems such as extensive management mode, lack of talent resources, and limited technical development that commonly exist in grass-roots hospitals and medical units, Liuzhou Workers' Hospital decided to build a close medical association with the Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2016. For this reason, he carried out extensive investigation and research, learned about the development of local medical undertakings in detail, and put forward the concept of building a medical consortium based on traditional Chinese medicine, giving play to the advantages of national medicine, complementing the weaknesses of comprehensive disciplines, and promoting health and poverty alleviation.
Later, Yi Xinping, together with local Chinese pharmacists and ethnic medicine experts, gradually found out a set of ethnic medicine treatment methods with local characteristics, and summarized the diagnosis and treatment guidelines of Dong medicine for some diseases.
