2024 is the first year of the China ASEAN Expo, making full use of the functions of the platform of the Expo and serving enterprises to "go global" to carry out economic and trade cooperation in ASEAN. On April 8, the Secretariat of the Expo successfully held a forum for ASEAN consulates in Yong to enter the Chamber of Commerce (Vietnam session) in Nanning, Guangxi, The business consul of the Vietnamese Consulate General in Nanning was invited to take Vietnamese enterprise representatives to the Guangxi Fujian General Chamber of Commerce to carry out face-to-face exchanges and negotiations with Chinese enterprises, interpret Vietnamese investment policies and share trade opportunities.

At the symposium, Ruan Youjun, Commercial Consul of the Vietnamese Consulate General in Nanning, introduced Vietnam's business environment, preferential policies for trade and investment, and the development opportunities of Chinese enterprises in Vietnam in detail, answering questions for enterprises; The general manager of Vietnam Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. introduced the company's development history, main business scope and key projects, and expressed the hope of seeking partners in China. Guangxi Fujian General Chamber of Commerce actively organized 12 member enterprises in agriculture, engineering machinery, construction, manufacturing, infrastructure and other industries to negotiate and exchange with Vietnamese enterprises, and the atmosphere was warm and friendly.
Representatives of enterprises attending the conference said that the symposium not only provided authoritative and detailed economic and trade information, but also answered various details that enterprises needed to know on the spot, greatly improving the efficiency of obtaining information and further enhancing their enthusiasm for cooperation with Vietnamese enterprises.
