Job responsibilities: 1. Organize the preparation of annual budget according to the company's long-term business plan; 2. Establish and improve the financial management system, conduct overall control over the daily management, annual budget, capital operation, etc. of the financial department, and provide timely and effective financial analysis for the company's decision-making; 3. Carry out overall planning and management of the company's tax revenue; 4. Complete other work assigned by leaders. Job requirements: 1. Full time key bachelor's degree or above, complete double certificates, accounting related majors, under 45 years old (especially excellent can be slightly relaxed); 2. Have at least three years of overall financial management experience, and at least one of the last two jobs has an annual turnover of 1 billion yuan or more; 3. The current home address is within 1 hour from the company's commuting distance; 4. Must have an intermediate accountant certificate; Certified public accountant/director secretary certificate and other qualifications are preferred, and experience in participating in or leading the IPO process is preferred; 5. Good job stability, and the average working time of the last two jobs is not less than 4 years; 6. Have the ability to build a financial system and a financial team, and have comprehensive financial analysis, budget management, tax planning, industry finance integration and other comprehensive capabilities; 7.
