The Office of the Central Committee of the CPC issued the Outline of the National Plan for the Construction of Party and Government Leadership Groups (2024-2028)

Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, June 13 (Xinhua News Agency) Recently, the General Office of the CPC Central Committee issued the Outline of the National Party and Government Leadership Construction Plan (2024-2028) (hereinafter referred to as the Outline of the Plan) and issued a notice requiring all regions and departments to conscientiously implement it in light of actual conditions.

The Outline of the Plan, guided by Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and centering on the mission and task of the Party for a New Era and a New Journey, makes a systematic plan for the construction of the national party and government leadership from 2024 to 2028. It is a guiding document for high-quality promotion of the construction of party and government leadership at all levels.

The Outline of the Plan proposes to build a strong collective leadership that faithfully practices Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, firmly implements the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee, and is worthy of the important tasks of the times, so as to provide a strong organizational guarantee for comprehensively promoting the construction of a strong country and the great cause of national rejuvenation with Chinese style modernization. We should focus on "two safeguards" to strengthen the political construction of the Party, deeply understand the decisive significance of "two establishment", build political loyalty, improve political ability, and strictly implement democratic centralism. We should persevere in using Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to solidify our hearts and forge our souls, strengthen the Party's theoretical arm for innovation, and adhere to the unity of learning, thinking and application, and knowledge, trust and practice.
