Huanggang Daily News (Reporter Wang Huan) On May 10, the executive meeting of the municipal government deliberated and approved the Implementation Plan of Huanggang City for Promoting Large scale Equipment Renewal and Consumer Goods Trade in (hereinafter referred to as the Plan), implemented the central decision-making deployment and the work requirements of the provincial party committee, and promoted the large-scale equipment renewal and consumer goods trade in in our city (hereinafter referred to as the "two new"), We will expand domestic demand as a whole and deepen supply side structural reform, improve the quality and level of the economic cycle, make every effort to promote the steady growth and rapid transformation of the economy, improve the quality of life of urban and rural residents, accelerate the formation of new quality productivity, and provide a solid foundation for the high-quality economic and social development of the city.

The Plan proposes key tasks from five aspects. In terms of promoting equipment upgrading, we should start from eight areas, namely, promoting equipment upgrading in key industrial sectors, accelerating equipment upgrading in buildings and municipal infrastructure, supporting the improvement of transportation equipment, accelerating the upgrading of agricultural machinery and facilities and equipment, improving the level of educational equipment, promoting the upgrading of cultural and tourism equipment, strengthening the reform of medical equipment, and promoting the upgrading of water conservancy facilities and equipment, Promote the upgrading of equipment to high-end, intelligent and green directions.

In terms of promoting the exchange of old consumer goods for new ones, we will better meet the demand for upgrading existing consumer goods by promoting the "exchange of energy" for automobiles, the "exchange of intelligence" for household appliances, and the "renewal" of home furnishings, kitchens and bathrooms.

In terms of promoting resource recovery and recycling, we will focus on continuously improving the recycling network of waste materials, promoting the orderly circulation and trading of second-hand goods, and improving the level of resource processing, utilization, and remanufacturing, implement a comprehensive conservation strategy and improve the efficiency of resource utilization.

In terms of promoting the promotion of standards, we should start with connecting international and domestic standards, improving local standards, and guiding the standardization and upgrading of enterprises to reduce enterprise costs and improve market efficiency.

In terms of promoting supply and demand docking, Huanggang production equipment supply list and "two new" demand list were established to strengthen supply and demand docking based on the supply chain system and develop the platform economy.

The Plan specifies the growth rate of equipment investment in the city's eight key areas of industry, construction, transportation, agriculture, education, culture and tourism, medical care, and water conservancy by 2024 and 2027, as well as the numerical control rate of key processes of industrial enterprises above the designated size, the growth rate of recovery of end-of-life vehicles, the growth rate of used vehicle transactions, and the growth rate of recovery of waste household appliances.
