In order to thoroughly implement the special action requirements of the highest inspection "inspection and protection of the people's livelihood" and ensure agricultural production, on the morning of May 8, 2024, the Procuratorate of Feidong County intervened in a case involving illegal agricultural materials in advance, discussed the case with the relevant persons in charge of the Public Security Bureau of Feidong County and the Agricultural and Rural Bureau of Feidong County, and conducted in-depth exchanges on promoting the work of combating counterfeiting of agricultural materials.

At the meeting, the comrades of the County Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs introduced the specific circumstances of the case, and the undertaker of the County Public Security Bureau gave a supplementary explanation. After knowing the basic facts of the case, the prosecutors put forward their opinions on the fact finding, evidence collection, law application and other aspects of the case, and guided the public security organs to adjust the direction of the next investigation. At the same time, the leaders of the three parties who attended the meeting exchanged and discussed issues such as ensuring "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", strengthening the fight against illegal agricultural means of production and crimes, and facilitating the connection mechanism of punishment.

In the next step, the Feidong County Procuratorate will give full play to its procuratorial functions, solidly promote the special action of "inspecting and protecting people's livelihood", continue to strengthen cooperation with administrative organs, deeply promote the action of combating agricultural materials counterfeiting, and contribute procuratorial power to protect the legitimate rights and interests of farmers and serve the rural revitalization.
