On May 6, the Joint Meeting of Anti money Laundering Departments of Anhui Province issued the Circular on Commending the Collectives and Individuals with Outstanding Achievements in the Three Year Action to Combat Money Laundering Offences in 2023, which commended 125 advanced collectives and 228 advanced individuals. Among them, 3 collectives and 5 individuals from Hefei procuratorial organ were on the list.


The circular pointed out that in 2023, according to the Implementation Plan of Anhui Province's Three Year Action to Combat Money Laundering Offences (2022-2024) (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"), people's banks at all levels in the province, public security organs, supervisory committees, people's courts, people's procuratorates and financial institutions will strengthen coordination and cooperation to deepen source governance, We have made solid progress in combating money laundering crimes in depth, and the "three-year action" has achieved phased results. Since the implementation of the Plan, all units have been actively pioneering and innovating based on their job responsibilities, and a number of advanced collectives and individuals have emerged.
