In order to effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees and enhance their awareness of the rule of law, on the arrival of the "5.20" employee rights protection day, the Federation of Trade Unions of the Dian Military Region organized a series of publicity activities to promote law in communities and enterprises with the theme of "the trade union to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees around you".

The District Federation of Trade Unions carried out a centralized legal publicity campaign in Huangao Branch of Yichang Jinbao Musical Instrument Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to publicize and interpret the Measures of Hubei Province for the Implementation of the Trade Union Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant labor laws and regulations; Organize special work teams to enter enterprises, teams and communities to carry out mobile publicity, and distribute more than 500 brochures. On the day of the "5.20" event, the legal advisory group of the trade union was also organized to carry out the rule of law publicity service activities in the trade union post station of Meizixi Community. A consulting service desk was set up on the site to accept and answer the legal advice of the staff masses on labor protection, labor contracts, etc., strengthening the rule of law publicity for outdoor workers and new employment groups

This series of legal publicity activities closely focused on the needs of employees, so that employees can enjoy convenient, fast and high-quality legal services at home, and played a positive role in building harmonious labor relations and promoting social harmony and stability.
