Job description:
1. Under the authorization of the general manager or deputy general manager, comprehensively manage the company's marketing work and directly report to the company's deputy general manager and accept his leadership;
2. Plan and organize the implementation of the company's overall market and sales strategy, collect marketing information, analyze market trends, organize the formulation of the company's marketing strategy and annual and monthly plans, and ensure the full completion of the company's objectives and tasks;
3. Organize to draw up the organization setup and internal management plan of the marketing center, and improve the management efficiency;
4. Combine the actual situation of marketing, carry out ideological education and business guidance for marketing personnel, improve the quality of marketing personnel, and build a high-quality marketing team;
5. Be responsible for assessing the work performance and work ability of the staff of the Marketing Department;
6. Implement the company's decisions on marketing;
7. Actively cooperate with the vice presidents in the process of customer follow-up;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the Deputy General Manager of the Marketing Department.
Job requirements:
1. Basic theoretical knowledge in market planning and promotion, customer management, e-commerce and information collection and analysis, as well as practical experience and cases in overall or large-scale market planning of corresponding medium and high brands;
2. More than 8 years of market planning and management experience in target markets and customer enterprises of the same type, and more than 4 years of sales experience in customers of the same type;
3. Be familiar with the market situation and operation characteristics of the architectural decoration industry, and have good business cooperation and maintenance experience in various advertising media resources in the industry.
4. They need to have good judgment and decision-making ability of market dynamics and direction, professional knowledge and skills of marketing management, as well as leadership ability, interpersonal communication ability, influence, planning and execution ability, and negotiation ability;
5. Strong management skills, leadership organization ability and team building ability, able to skillfully use various incentive measures to lead the department to meet various work requirements.
