Job description:

1. Participate in the review of scheme design and construction drawing design, and formulate project design plan and design specification;

2. Responsible for sorting out design data and establishing database, and assisting in setting design concept direction;

3. Review and improve the design scheme and construction drawings;

4. Be responsible for monitoring all aspects of design to ensure that the scheme design is consistent with the actual situation;

5. Reasonably coordinate the communication with other departments and the outside world.


Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in interior design or related;

2. More than 5 years of relevant work experience, with the ability to design high-end office buildings, entertainment spaces, catering spaces and fine decoration of villas, broad vision, with novel and modern design concepts;

3. Proficient in decoration design style, profound art foundation, strong creativity and conceptual ability, good at rendering and perspective drawing, strong hand drawing and scheme ability;

4. Be proficient in decoration construction management process and construction technology, and have more confidence in decoration materials;

5. Be able to make conceptual design scheme independently; At the same time, participate in the design explanation to customers, and accurately explain the design concept to customers;

4. Be able to independently undertake design tasks, have strong ability to communicate, respond and negotiate orders, and be familiar with project budget, construction and materials.  


Job requirements:

1. Interior design or related major, college degree or above, more than 3 years of relevant work experience, and large and medium-sized project design experience is preferred;  

2. Excellent creative performance and deep design ability, strong hand drawing ability, skilled in operating and applying relevant design software (Photoshop, CAD, 3D, VR, etc.) and office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.);  

3. Work actively, have a strong sense of responsibility, and have good professional ethics.


Assistant Designer

Job description:

1. Participate in the design management of the decoration project of the company and put forward design opinions;  

2. Assist in decoration construction quality management and bidding management;  

3. Assist the designer to participate in scheme design, preliminary design and construction drawing design review;  

4. Track and supervise the project;  

5. Assist the designer to confirm the decoration project materials;  

6. Organize cases, technologies and resources;

Job description:

1. Be familiar with the construction process flow of the public and home decoration industries, and be able to independently complete the whole set of design renderings;  

2. Responsible for the whole process from modeling to post production of renderings;  

3. Put forward rationalization opinions and suggestions on the renderings of the design projects;  

4. Obey the work arrangement of the supervisor, and assist in sorting out the model library, material library and other data.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in design;  

2. More than 2 years of relevant work experience, and the person who can independently complete rendering from model to post production renderings is preferred;  

3. Skilled in 3DMAX/CAD/PHOTOSHOP/CORLDRAW and other drawing software, with strong modeling ability and unique rendering style;

Project supervision

Department: Engineering Department/Number of people: 2

Job description:

1. Be familiar with drawings, including renderings, and do a good job in disclosure, guidance and supervision of construction processes and procedures;  

2. Strictly implement the project schedule nodes, and be familiar with the construction process; Strictly implement national, industrial and enterprise quality standards and construction process standards, and strictly control project quality;  

3. Supervise and control the use of on-site materials, and do a good job in the acceptance of concealed works and quantity certification. Review the quantity of materials declared by the construction team;
