We have received the Letter on the Application for Disclosure of Real Estate Registration Data (GTZTH [2016] No. 363). After studying and soliciting opinions from the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council and the Supreme People's Court, the reply is as follows:
Real estate registration data query, household registration information query, industrial and commercial registration data query, etc., belong to business query matters in specific administrative fields. Their legal basis, handling procedures, legal consequences, etc., are fundamentally different from the government information disclosure behavior regulated by the Government Information Disclosure Ordinance. If the party concerned applies for such business inquiry in accordance with the Regulations on the Disclosure of Government Information, it shall be informed to handle it in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
