Introduction
YLW series organic heat carrier boilers are assembled forced circulation chain grate boilers. The front part of the boiler body is the furnace radiation heating surface, which is composed of closely arranged square coils; The rear part is the convective scouring heating surface, which is composed of serpentine tube bundles. The boiler is composed of the upper body and the lower chain grate, which are assembled on site. The air preheater is arranged behind the boiler. The high temperature flue gas generated by combustion is sucked away part of its heat in the furnace, enters the convection heating surface for heat exchange through the turning smoke chamber, heats the air required for boiler combustion in the air preheater after exiting the boiler, and then sends the flue gas to the chimney through the induced draft fan through the dust remover to exhaust into the atmosphere.
Product characteristics:
·Easy installation, as long as the upper body and the lower exhaust are closed, the installation cycle is short.
·The furnace adopts double closely arranged coils, and the heating surface is arranged sufficiently to reduce the heat load on the pipe surface, which makes the use of heat transfer oil safer.
·The medium flow is reasonable, the heat transfer oil is from low (inlet) to high (outlet), and the gas generated during operation is difficult to stay in the furnace, which can be easily discharged from the system.
·The furnace arch design is reasonable, the flue gas stays in the furnace for a long time, and the combustion is more sufficient.
·The turning smoke chamber is arranged with a heating surface to prevent the partition wall from being directly washed by high-temperature smoke and effectively prevent the smoke short circuit caused by the falling off of the partition wall.
