According to the Implementation Measures of Shanghai Municipality on Further Encouraging the Early Scrapping Subsidy of G3 Diesel Vehicles (HHG [2022] No. 9), the subsidy funds for the early scrapping of 433 G3 diesel vehicles in the ninth and tenth batches approved in 2023 were arranged, totaling 11.182 million yuan.

For the need of judicial assistance, the financial subsidy for new energy vehicles arranged in the Notice on Issuing the Special Fund Arrangement Plan for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction in 2023 (the sixth batch) (HFGHZ [2022] No. 39) was adjusted from 622204385 yuan to 464804607 yuan, and the capital reduction plan was 1573998315 yuan.
