Human cargo L is one of the main components of tank container, which plays a vital role in the whole life cycle of product manufacturing and use.

Its main structure consists of movable bolt assembly, collar, manhole cover and other parts, as shown in Figure 1.

In order to ensure the manufacturing of manholes, the production process is arranged, mainly including parts processing, double-sided welding, accessory assembly welding, manhole composition and hydrostatic test. The process flow is shown in Figure 2.

The manhole cover is spherical crown shaped, which is easy to rebound during forming, and cannot be realized by the existing process equipment.

Corresponding measures: through simulation and analysis of the part, and taking into account the rebound coefficient of the plate, independently design and manufacture a set of molding die, and use a 500 t hydraulic press for molding to ensure the one-time molding of the product.

2.2.2 Neck ring manufacturing There is a circle with a diameter of 500 mm inside the neck ring, and the minimum round diameter of the plate rolling machine is 600 mm, so it is impossible to manufacture the neck ring through the plate rolling machine.

Corresponding measures: use the section steel bending machine to round the collar, use the sample plate to check it, and then conduct the second round calibration after the butt joint is completed to ensure that the roundness meets the requirements.

The manhole cover and the sealing steel ring are welded on both sides in a circular manner. Due to the large heat input, deformation occurs after welding.

Corresponding measures: adjust the welding parameters. Before welding the manhole cover and the sealing steel ring, spot weld them together, and then use the manhole cover assembly to fix the tooling (see Figure 4).

The welding positioner is used to realize the welding of manhole cover and sealing steel ring, which ensures the welding quality and meets the product appearance requirements.

The material of this product is mainly Q345D. In order to ensure the appearance quality and prevent corrosion during use, the whole product is hot-dip galvanized, which can effectively protect for more than 10 years, and the appearance quality also meets the requirements of commercialization.

According to the above analysis and accounting, when the number of products is less than 30 sets, the cost of outsourcing is more economical;

When the number of products is more than 30 sets, it is more economical to use self-made cost.

The cost of self-made products is about 1800 yuan/set, and the purchase price is 3800 yuan/set, saving 2000 yuan each.

This project has passed the joint appraisal of the company's design department and the classification society. At present, this product has been used on 796 29 m3 tank containers, achieving the expected effect, saving 1.592 million yuan, and bringing huge benefits to the enterprise.

With the standardization and commercialization of self-made manholes, it can supply accessories for other tank container factories and expand the development of related diversified businesses.

However, the material of this product is Q345D, and stainless steel tank boxes will not use this material, and the weight is heavy, so the material needs further improvement to adapt to wider applications.
