Villagers believe that this is related to Yong'an Changrun Ecological Breeding Co., Ltd., an eel farm not far from the incoming pool. According to the villagers, since the establishment of the factory in the village in 2015, the enterprise has not only intercepted the surface water in the village ditch, but also continuously dug wells to extract groundwater.
