In 2017, Deng Weilin and her husband got married at the end of 2023 because they knew each other and loved each other because of tea. They jointly run a tea company in Fuding, Ningde, Fujian Province. She said that Taiwan and the mainland celebrate Mother's Day in the same way. They have dinner with their families and send flowers and blessings to their mothers.

In the flower development experience, 11 Taiwanese families from both sides of the Taiwan Straits carefully selected flowers and designed patterns, printed colorful flowers on their clothes, and made gifts for Mother's Day. The scene was full of laughter.

Lv Xiaofang, from marriage and family on both sides of the Taiwan Straits, said that this activity is a platform to show the charm of marriage groups on both sides of the Taiwan Straits, hoping to encourage more compatriots on both sides of the Taiwan Straits to strengthen exchanges and cooperation through their own sharing.

At the forum, marriage groups on both sides of the Taiwan Straits talked about their life and work experiences in Ningde and Taiwan, as well as their future prospects and expectations.

During the event, the Ningde Cross Strait Marriage and Family Rights Protection Service Center jointly established by the Ningde Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office, the Ningde Women's Federation and the Ningde Municipal Court was officially inaugurated to provide policy advice, marriage and family counseling and other services for cross Strait marriage groups. The staff of Bank of Xiamen Ningde Branch also introduced the financial service policy to Taiwan.
